Our Story

Since its opening in 1997, Isohama has provided quality Japanese food to New York City’s Upper East Side residents.

In 2008, the restaurant underwent a full renovation bringing with it a cozy burgundy room lit with dim candles and fit with serene curtains.

In addition to our new look Isohama retains our consistently friendly service and wide array of food selection ranging from Sushi and Sashimi to grilled Beef Steak. Isohama also offers full bar service stocked with only top shelf liquor served at the most reasonable prices.
